Top States for Legislators Back to School Program

The results are in and the America's Legislators Back to School Program continues its success. More than 1,000 state legislators visited classrooms to bring civics to life for students all across the country during the 2007 - 2008 school year. Massachusetts again gained top honors for the most legislators participating in the event with Utah a strong second. The table below shows the top legislative chambers for lawmaker participation and the second table lists the top ten states overall.
