The results are in. More than 1,200 legislators from all across the country spoke with students and let them know that their ideas count through the America's Legislators Back to School Program. Every legislator in Massachusetts visited a classroom this year. In the eight years of the program, this is the first time that an entire legislature has participated in one year. All of the senators in Connecticut also joined in. Utah, always very involved in the program, had 80 percent participation this year.
