Here's where we are on the tally of legislative chambers changing party control at the end of our counting on Nov. 5. These are preliminary, unofficial counts that are likely to change over the next few days.
Switches to Democratic control from Republican:
- Delaware House
- New York Senate
- Nevada Senate
- Ohio House
- Wisconsin Assembly
Switches to Republican control from Democratic:
- Montana Senate
- Tennessee House
Switches to Republican control from tied:
- Oklahoma Senate
- Tennessee Senate
Switches to tied:
- Alaska Senate (from Republican)
- Montana House (from Democratic).
